Apartments Matas are located just a few meters away from the serene beach. The beach is well-maintained, peaceful, and covered in lovely gravels, while the sandy beach is accessible via a leisurely 500-meter walk.
Each apartment features a spacious area of 64 m2 and is designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 people. They consist of a comfortable bedroom, a cozy living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a lovely terrace or balcony.
All apartments, except for the studio apartment Ap. A2 (32 m2, suitable for 2 people with a bedroom/living room), are equipped with air-conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a coffee maker. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine on-site.
The garden area features a refreshing outdoor shower and a barbecue house for your convenience. We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, including cutlery, plates, and fresh sheets that are changed every week, or as desired.

Apartments Matas offer a range of comfortable accommodations to suit your needs. A1, A2, and A3, which can accommodate up to 4 people, are situated on the ground floor, while B1, B2, B3, B4, and B5, which can also accommodate up to 4 people, are located on the first floor in a duplex configuration.
Each apartment features a spacious living room with a fully-equipped kitchen and a cozy dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. Large patio doors let in plenty of natural light and offer lovely views of the surrounding area, providing an ideal spot for a relaxing holiday.
All apartments are fully air-conditioned and equipped with modern amenities, including satellite TV, wireless internet, stove, refrigerator, and dishes. You will find everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in our apartments.
Each unit includes a cozy bedroom with a comfortable bed that accommodates 2 persons, a spacious living room with a sofa bed that can sleep an additional 2 persons, a well-equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom.
Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Zadar archipelago from the comfort of your spacious terrace, a perfect spot for relaxing and soaking up the Mediterranean sun. For couples or solo travelers, Apartment A2 is a studio that can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons. We understand that families with young children may have specific needs, which is why we offer the option of a crib for children up to 2 years old.
