Where can I find Booking plan and see available apartments?


Our booking plan is updated daily and it represents actual occupcy of our accomodation. We have prepared two views of the plan. First is in table for House Danka and Apartments Matas and it will give you more user friendly view of available apartments. Second booking plan is part of the reservation system and is used while making reservation to automaticaly check available apartments.




Where can I see the pictures of apartments?


All pictures are on the Photos section. On the photos you can see where the apartments is located.




How much is prepayment and do I have to pay it?


Upon reservation you will receive a confirmation as invoice with full calculation. In order to confirm your reservation prepayment in 20% of the total invoice is required. You will find bank details and deadline till when prepayment must be made in order to confirm your reservation. Please check your spam folder if you dont receive it. Bank details for your transaction is on the Price page.




I have paid prepayment, but must cancel the reservation due to COVID-19 panedmic. What to do?


In order to give you peace of mind, we have prepared three options for you in case of future events: Option 1: Your arrival date has passed - if you have made a prepayment, you will receive a voucher with the amount of prepayment made for Holiday 2020 which will be deducted from the future reservation if you decide to make one by the 1.10.2021. Option 2. You want to cancel your reservation - please inform us as soon as possible, and you will receive a voucher with the amount of prepayment made for Holiday 2020 which will be deducted from the future reservation if you decide to make one by the 1.10.2021. Option 3. If you have reservation and want to reschedule for another later date in 2020, just check out our booking plan, find a place for you and write us so we can update the booking plan. Apartments Matas and Holiday House Danka, processes the personal data of users of its services and visitors of the site www.fewo-matas.com in accordance with applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data in the EU and Croatia - General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 , Law on Implementation of General Data Protection Regulation OG 42/18.

The personal data of the data subjects is processed only when necessary and when there is an appropriate legal basis under the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation such as: legal obligation, contractual relationship, consent of the data subjects, protection of the key interests of the data subjects or the legitimate interest of our establishment.

We feel strongly about the protection of the personal data of its guests, visitors, users of the its website and all other users of our services and will treat such personal information as confidential information and a business secret.

The reservation system

To process the request for booking we need to collect your name, address, email address and telephone and the information to provide you with relevant feedback on accommodation and other services we provide.

After we successfully confirm your reservation, we will note you as our guest and we will process your personal information solely for the purpose of providing the service you have contracted and for logging in to the central tourist records information system which is a legal obligation in the Republic of Croatia.

For this purpose, when registering at the hotel we will ask for additional information such as the number, date and place of issuance of your identification document, nationality, country of residence, date and place of birth, and license plate of the vehicle if you use our accommodation service for vehicles. The described data processing is necessary for the provision of accommodation services.

Promotional messages

If you give us your prior consent or submit your e-mail address in the web form for receiving newsletters, we will inform you about the benefits, discounts and news in our offer.

You can opt out of receiving promotional messages at any time by selecting the opt-out offered option in the received promotional message. In case of failure, please contact info@fewo-matas.com

Recipients of personal information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except when it is necessary to provide the service you have. Also, according to the laws of the Republic of Croatia, we are obliged in the cases determined by law to forward the data of guests and other users to the competent authorities in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.

The exception to this rule is information about visitors to our websites which is collected by Google Analytics for the purpose of better understanding the needs of users, improving products and services and providing users with full functionality and quality content by using cookies from our websites. The information collected by this service includes the user IP address, browser information, language, operating system, and other standard information required for the statistical analysis of website visitors.

We do not collect these categories of personal information, do not use them in its processing or can access them in any way.
